As part of Duesseldorf Photo Weekend, we showed a newly curated selection out of The 2014 EyeEm Awards in Germany's centre of fine art photography. Our very own co-founder and creative director, Gen Sadakane, directed the exhibition and hosted a Masterclass on Sunday, February 1.

The 2014 EyeEm Awards were permanently exhibited at Tokyo Institute of Photography throughout December. Situated in the vibrant Ginza district, TIP is a well known institution for photography enthusiasts across the country.

Roppongi Hills is one of the leading urban and cultural centers of Japan, boasting a 54-story high rise building and hosting the renowned Mori Art Museum. On the weekend of November 29-30,  The 2014 EyeEm Awards were presented on its Sky Terrace and attracted thousands of visitors.

Together with The Lab Miami, a campus for creative entrepreneurs, The 2014 EyeEm Awards Exhibition was showcased during Art Basel Miami. The exhibition opened as part of the SIME MIA global summit on December 1.

The 2014 EyeEm Award Exhibition was first unveiled as part of the EyeEm Festival, a 2-day summit for those revolutionizing photography, technology and visual communication. It was spread over 2 floors at Alte Teppichfabrik, a 19th century factory building situated in Berlin's former East.
